On Thursday, October 24 the Chamber, local elected officials, clients, family and friends were all involved in celebrating a newly expanded work space in Clifton Park with an official ribbon cutting.
With an even greater focus on client satisfaction and training, GTM Payroll Services recently expanded into a completely renovated building at 9 Executive Park Drive in Clifton Park. With 12,500 square feet, the space better accommodates GTM’s growing team of more than 70 employees, features a modern training facility, and includes many amenities for worker engagement.
“Everything we considered for our expansion centered around creating ecstatic clients and expertise, which are part of our core values,” GTM Payroll Services Founder and CEO Guy Maddalone said. “Our training facility features the latest technology to help clients embrace our human capital management (HCM) solution and we’ve invested in our employees’ learning and wellness so our clients will be working with a highly-engaged and knowledgeable support team.”
GTM’s cloud-based HCM technology gives businesses complete control over their HR processes from hiring through retiring in one single database. All core functionality is accessible anywhere, anytime in a completely secure environment. Clients also get the convenience of a single point of entry to access all their data from any computer or mobile device with internet access.
The training facility features capacity for 35 people in a classroom style learning environment, a 100-inch 4K monitor, and laptop connections for all attendees as well as two smaller learning centers.

GTM Payroll Services created a ‘mini-campus’ with its other location of 7 Executive Park Drive. Sales and Operations have moved to 9 Executive Park Drive while the Executive and Development teams remain at 7 Executive Park Drive.
The company now controls 23,000 square feet of office space for future growth.
