These courses will focus on practical tools in three strategic areas to assist new and emerging supervisors and managers by advancing their skills, confidence and effectiveness in their roles. Each one-hour session will offer opportunities to learn and rehearse skills to apply immediately in the workplace.
Feb. 25: Strategic Planning — Leading with Intention (CRN: 20162)

Whether managing an entire company or one shift at a time, leadership is most effective when your team is centered on a plan. Does everyone have the same vision of success? In this class we’ll review the eight questions that define your vision. You’ll walk away with practical tools for making sure the vision is shared by all!
