Willow-Marsh Farm Store Celebrated Ten Years of Operation with a “Grand Reopening”

On Saturday, April 2, 2022, Chuck Curtiss  and fiancée Sara Meierdiercks cut the Capital Region Chamber’s ceremonial ribbon on this healthy, wholesome and locally sourced food store, accompanied by Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh (with citations from both Assembly and Senate), Ballston Town Supervisor Eric Connolly, Capital Region Chamber Senior Vice President Pete Bardunias, and many well-wishers. Councilman Robert Fendrick and Jamie Pettis from the Saratoga County Farm Bureau also came in support of the event.  Photo courtesy of Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh.

Jamie is especially happy, because his “day job” is to harvest those eggs up at Thomas Poultry Farm, one of the largest farms around and supplier to Stewart’s Shops as well as many local farm stores.   Over 65,000 chickens keep very busy!
