Robert Stout also joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in 2010, and, since that time, he has been a member of the Firm’s Environmental, Municipal, Real Estate Development, Zoning and Land Use and CleanTech Practice Groups. He advises clients on all aspects of environmental law with a particular focus on regulatory, transactional and enforcement matters. Additionally, he assists project developers in obtaining environmental permits and municipal land use approvals.
Michelle Kennedy joins Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP as an Of Counsel in the Municipal and Real Estate Practice Groups. Ms. Kennedy represents clients in tax certiorari, zoning and land use, regulatory enforcement, highway and employment matters. Ms. Kennedy’s real estate practice concentrates upon historic and agricultural properties.
