Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP Announces New Leadership Appointments

Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP is pleased to announce several new leadership appointments, effective January 1, 2022.

Robert Schofield, the Firm’s Managing Partner, welcomes Kevin Quinn as Deputy Managing Partner and Jeffrey Hamilton, as Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, partner Jason DiMarino has joined William Nolan and April Dalbec as a new member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.

Mr. Schofield is a member of the Firm’s Labor and Employment, Education, and Litigation and Appeals Practice Groups. His areas of focus include public and private sector labor and employment issues, education law, and general litigation. Practicing law for nearly 30 years, Mr. Quinn concentrates his practice in the areas of government relations, education, labor and employment, and business, corporate and commercial law. Joining the Firm in 2017, after retiring as a tax partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Hamilton has since been promoted to Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer of the Firm and will oversee all aspects of the Firm’s day-to-day operations, finance, and accounting functions.

Jason DiMarino is a Partner in the Business, Corporate and Commercial and Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Groups focusing on advising investors and operating companies in venture capital financings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and recapitalization. As a member of the Matrimonial and Family Law and Litigation Practice Groups, Ms. Dalbec primarily focuses on matrimonial law (prenuptial agreements, divorce actions, post-nuptial and separation agreements, hearings and trials), and family court matters (custody, family offenses, domestic violence and child support) and continues to practice in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury matters. A partner in the Firm’s Litigation and Appeals Practice, Mr. Nolan has extensive courtroom experience, having tried numerous cases in State and federal courts handling toxic tort, property damage, and construction-related lawsuits, as well as business disputes, including dissolution proceedings, shareholder derivative actions, and breach of contract litigation arising from sales, licensing, distribution, franchise, joint venture, and non-compete agreements.
