Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP Announces New Immigration Attorney

Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP announced a new immigration attorney: Cianna Freeman-Tolbert.

Ms. Freeman-Tolbert joins Whiteman Osterman & Hanna’s Immigration Practice Group. Her practice will focus on immigration litigation including removal and deportation defense. Ms. Freeman-Tolbert brings a wealth of experience in immigration court proceedings and immigration litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Freeman-Tolbert focused her work on complex immigration litigation matters involving criminal convictions and previous immigration violations, as well as immigration enforcement-related issues including bonds, stays of removal and other alternatives to detention.

Cianna Freeman-Tolbert received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. in Political Science and Anthropology from the University of Michigan. Ms. Freeman-Tolbert is admitted to practice in New York State, Georgia and Texas. Additionally, Ms. Freeman-Tolbert is a member of the Capital District Women’s Bar Association as well as the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
