Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP announces two new Associates, Salvador (Jake) Capecelatro and James Wisniewski.
Jake Capecelatro joins Whiteman Osterman & Hanna’s Real Estate Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Capecelatro worked in a small, real-estate-centric law firm in Albany and as part of a land acquisition team in service to a 125-mile natural gas pipeline project spanning from northeast Pennsylvania to south of Albany. Mr. Capecelatro is admitted to practice in New York State and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
James Wisniewski joins the Litigation and Appeals Practice Group at the Firm and was previously a 
Senior Court Attorney at the New York Court of Appeals where he analyzed complex issues of New York law and drafted reports recommending whether the court should grant or deny civil motions for leave to appeal. While in law school, Mr. Wisniewski served as a Legislative Assistant to former New York State Senator Jack Martins, an intern in the Office of General Counsel to Governor Andrew Cuomo, and a judicial intern to Acting Nassau County Court Judge Anthony Paradiso. Mr. Wisniewski is admitted to practice in New York State.
