Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP announces a new associate: Michelle DeVito Marinello.
Ms. Marinello joins Whiteman Osterman & Hanna’s Business, Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Marinello was an associate with global law firm Squire Patton Boggs in Cleveland, Ohio where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, general business and commercial matters, and U.S. public company corporate governance and securities. Ms. Marinello’s practice will continue to focus on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters and securities law.
Ms. Marinello received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A., in English, with a Minor in Italian, magna cum laude from Wake Forest University.
