Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP, the Capital Region’s largest law firm, announces a new associate: Paul A. Wolpert.
Mr. Wolpert joins Whiteman Osterman & Hanna’s Business, Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. His practice will focus on securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, public company reporting and compliance, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wolpert served as Senior Counsel to Ocwen Financial Corporation in West Palm Beach, Florida and as an associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, both in New York City and Sydney, Australia.
Paul Wolpert received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, in Philosophy from Siena College. Mr. Wolpert is admitted to practice in New York State.
