Vibrant Brands has unveiled a new coworking space for up and coming technology and creative businesses. The coworking area is located within the Loudon Road office, which was named a 2019 Best Place to Work in the Albany Business Journal.
The state-of-the art space includes numerous amenities such as 24/7 access, a meeting room, lounge area, outdoor and picnic seating, free parking and a podcasting room with AV equipment.
The Loudon Road location allows residents to walk to restaurants in Newton Plaza as well as other conveniences such as the local United States Postal Office.
On top of that, Vibrant Brands is offering resident business and marketing consulting.
“Eighteen years ago, we started our own business in a coworking incubator setting so we know the value of these spaces,” said Christopher Quereau, president and creative director of Vibrant Brands. “One thing I wish I had back then was some consulting on the best routes forward. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and running a business, we thought our consulting would be a great value to the space.”
The space was completed by Custom Woodworking by CR. The local artisan designs customized woodworking home décor pieces using reclaimed wood, which is seen throughout the Vibrant Brands Coworking area.
“We hired Custom Woodworking to do one of our feature walls for our main offices but quickly realized that their experience, dependability and reliability really added a ton of value so we had them renovate our entire coworking space,” said Rick Langdon, vice president of business development at Vibrant Brands.
Vibrant coworking is following all current CDC and New York State guidelines to keep resident safety a priority.
