The Capital Region Chamber and Mechanicville-Stillwater Chamber of Commerce joined Scott Callender, co-owners with John Pickett of the Self-Storage of Mechanicville complex where Upstate Softwash has their new garage and HQ, to cut the celebratory ribbon with entrepreneur Brendan Cross.
