July 30, 2015Upstate Revitalization Initiative Competes for $500 Million in Investments
The Upstate Revitalization Initiative (URI) Advisory Council, in conjunction with the Capital Regional Economic Development Council, is competing for $500 million in economic development investments that will be awarded by the State. Help the Advisory Council develop the most comprehensive transformative plan for our region as possible. Please take a few moments to answer a Siena Research Institute survey that will help shape the framework of the plan. Please encourage your employees and colleagues to do the same. The survey may be found by clicking here. For every survey completed, SEFCU will donate up to $10 to a local charity, up to a total of $5,000. Survey respondents will get to choose one of five non-profits to receive the funds with $2,500 going to the top vote getter, $1,500 for second, and $1,000 for third.
