Tully Rinckey PLLC is pleased to announce that immigration attorney, Richard J. Link, Esq. has been named chair for the Upstate New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) at its annual dinner Friday, May 12.

“Through my experience at AILA’s national headquarters in Washington D.C., as a solo practitioner, pro bono with various nonprofit agencies, and now as senior counsel at Tully Rinckey, I understand the perspectives and concerns of different types of immigration legal services providers,” said Link. “In my practice, I handle a full range of immigration cases, so I am familiar with the particular concerns of our members who may focus on these specific areas of immigration law.”
