Page Turners Adventures: Imagine Your Adventure Story—July 20-24
Preschoolers through middleschoolers are invited to join the Page Turners this week for an Indiana Jones-style adventure including crafts, performances, a trip to Easter Island, and more! Tune in all summer long for exciting new adventures! A valid Facebook account is required. Visit our Events Calendar for details and to sign up.

Become a Digital Grandparent—Monday, July 20 at 1 pm
Learn about long distance technology used to stay in touch with grandchildren and others. This online program uses the Zoom live streaming platform. It will require access to a computer, mobile device with the Zoom app installed, and/or a phone for audio-only access. Please provide a valid email address when registering to receive the Zoom meeting invite.

Photo Editing Techniques Using Mac Software—Monday, July 20 at 7 pm
Hands on photo editing techniques – cropping, layers, and other techniques shown on Mac photo editing software. The techniques can also be used on Windows programs. Instructor: Dan Kittay. This online program uses the Zoom live streaming platform. It will require access to a computer, mobile device with the Zoom app installed, and/or a phone for audio-only access. Library Board of Trustees Meeting—Monday, July 20 at 7:15 pm

Book-a-Librarian!—Tuesday, July 21 at 10 am
One-on-one tech help appointment by phone. Get help downloading ebooks & audiobooks from home. Registration required.

Inspiration Place—Tuesday, July 21 at 6 pm
Bring your best home craft supplies! Upcycle items such as jars, shoe boxes, ribbons, paper, shells, frames, & flower pots. All are welcome to share their inspiration and own home craft projects! Recycled Art—Wednesday, July 22
Artist Tarryn Rainis will demonstrate how to create art using recycled materials! For teens in grades 6-12. You can view this program on our You Tube channel: youtube.com/user/cphpubliclibrary.

Podcast Club—Wednesday, July 22 at 6:30 pm
Like a book club, but for podcasts! Listen to these podcasts in advance and join us to discuss: This American Life, Ep. 704; Good Life Project, Ep. 621; Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend, Ep. 60. Fabric & Fiber Inventions—Thursday, July 23
Turn crafts and recycled materials into fun wearables, decorations, and more! Use what you’ve learned to try a design challenge at home, using everyday materials! Teens in grades 6-12 can view this program on our You Tube channel: youtube.com/user/cphpubliclibrary.

Teen LEGO Challenge—Friday, July 24
Check out our Teen Instagram account, @cphlibteens, for a new LEGO challenge to create at home! Submit pictures of your creation to be entered to win an awesome prize!

Scratch Art—Friday, July 24
Create your own characters and backgrounds in Scratch. All ages are invited to watch this program on our You Tube channel: youtube.com/user/cphpubliclibrary.

Family Yoga with Miss Rita—Saturday, July 25

Library Pen Pal—through July 31
There’s still time to be our Pen Pal! Introduce your child to the art of handwritten letters and write a letter to the Library. In return, your child will receive a handwritten, personalized note and a sticker from a library friend.

Summer Reading Club Challenge!
Readers of all ages can participate in this summer’s reading challenges at the Library. Challenge cards for kids, teens, and adults can be found on the Library’s website and printed at home or picked up at the Library. Read, keep track, participate in activities, and redeem for prizes.
