February 6, 2019Ulrich Promoted to Area Leader, Retail Banking
KeyBank announced April Ulrich, Vice President, has been promoted to Area Leader, Retail Banking, for the Capital Region. She is responsible for branch administration and sales management of 12 branches in KeyBank’s Albany North territory, which covers parts of Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga and Warren counties. She is based in KeyBank’s Cohoes office, located at 72 Mohawk St., Cohoes, N.Y.
Previously, Ulrich was Business Banking relationship manager for KeyBank. She began her career with KeyBank as an assistant manager in the bank’s Student Loan Department and has since held positions in Commercial Lending and SBA Lending. She has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Ulrich was also Capital Region Key4Women Chair from 2017-2018.
Ulrich earned her bachelor’s degree in business and MBA with a concentration in management from the University at Albany.
Ulrich lives with her family in Loudonville, N.Y. An active member of the community, she serves as board member for the Food Pantries of the Capital District and is the board treasurer for Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region. From 2016 to 2018 she served on the Leadership Tech Valley’s Steering Committee and in 2015 was a Leadership Tech Valley graduate.
