Howard S. Foote | Partner | UHY LLP
Howard has extensive experience providing strategic business advice, consultation, and assurance and non-assurance reporting services to entities in the public and private commercial environment, financial institutions, not-for-profits, and government sector engagements. Throughout his career, Howard has been serving clients by performing attest and non-attest engagements consisting of audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures and OCBOA services, and providing companies with strategic business, tax, and consulting services to achieve long-term company growth objectives and profit enhancement.

Howard has served as a member of the National Partnership Leadership. He is also the Executive Vice President of UHY Advisors NY, Inc., has served as a member of the UHY Advisors, Inc. National Board of Directors, and is a current member of the New York Region Management Committee. Howard is a former member of the Board of Trustees of Siena College, having served as the immediate past Chairman. He is involved in professional community organizations in support of the thriving Capital Region of New York State.

Hugh Johnson | Chairman and Chief Economist | Hugh Johnson Economics
Hugh is Chairman Emeritus at Graypoint LLC. He joined First Albany Corporation in 1978 after serving as Executive Vice President of Hugh Johnson & Company, Inc. Hugh is an economic advisor to the Chairman of the State of New York State Assembly Committee on Ways and Means, an adjunct professor at Union-Clarkson Graduate College, a former member of the New York Stock Exchange, a former member of the Executive Committee of the Democratic National Finance Council, and served as a member of the New York State Comptroller’s Management Review Commission (transition team). Hugh has been appointed to the Investment Advisory Committee of the New York State Common Retirement Fund. Hugh serves on the boards of Security Mutual Insurance Company and Pursuit (formerly New York Business Development Company).

Hugh’s work has appeared in the New York Times, USA Today, BusinessWeek, and other leading Newspapers, periodicals and other media around the world. He has been a regular guest on CNBC, was a special guest on Wall Street Week with Louis Ruykeyser, and has appeared as a regular guest on Bloomberg Television. Hugh has also appeared on NBC Nightly News, ABC World News Tonight, CBS Evening News, The News Hour, and Nightly Business Report.

 Cory McNeley | Managing Director | UHY Consulting
Cory is a managing director with UHY Consulting’s Transformation Solutions group, providing performance improvement in global operations environments within the emergency management, security operations, manufacturing, defense, retail, and service sectors. He is an established leader with more than 20 years’ experience in process improvement, regulatory compliance, risk management, P&L management, cost forecasting, and business analysis.

Among his significant accomplishments, Cory redesigned and implemented a cloud-based accounting and a payroll solution for a government agency servicing over 20,000 participants. He served as project manager during Workday Human Capital Management and Prism Analytics for $800 million-dollar retailer and assisted as Subject Matter Expert during a project recovery of Workday migration from Ceridian HCM.

 Dr. Don P. Levy | Director | Siena College Research Institute
Dr. Don Levy, Director of the Siena College Research Institute has been instrumental in focusing Siena College’s polling not only on national, statewide and local politics but also on economic, social, and cultural issues important to all New Yorkers. He has been the director of the Siena College Research Institute since 2007. Under Dr. Levy’s leadership, the Siena College Research Institute is most widely recognized for its’ national political polling, however, Dr. Levy has developed and led many other research projects including the Upstate Business Leaders survey now in its 17th year.

The Siena College Research Institute (SCRI) conducts regional, statewide and national surveys on business, economic, political, voter, social, academic and historical issues. The surveys include both expert and public opinion polls. The results of SCRI surveys have been published in major regional and national newspapers, including The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, as well as in scholarly journals, books and encyclopedias (both print and online). Survey results are regularly featured on local, national, and international television , radio and social media. SCRI conducts the Siena New York Poll, a monthly snapshot poll of registered voters from throughout New York State on timely political topics, and the New York State Index of Consumer Sentiment, a quarterly look at New Yorkers’ willingness to spend.

Ms. Mulligan is a nationally recognized leader and a regular speaker at regional and national conferences. Additionally, she has been an adjunct professor at The Sage Colleges, lecturing on women in law and business law. She has won numerous honors for her leadership in the business community including City and State’s Above & Beyond award, and the Albany Business Review’s Women who Mean Business award. Additionally, she has been included in City and State’s Albany Power 100 List and profiled in the Albany Business Review, The Buffalo News and Her Life magazine.

Ms. Mulligan has served on numerous boards and committees, including; CATS Industrial Advisory Board; Capitalize Albany, Corporation; National Association of State Chambers of Commerce (formerly Council of State Chambers) Board of Directors; New York State Wage Board; American Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE), board of directors; Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, board of directors; US Chamber of Commerce Public Affairs Committee; the State of New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division’s Third Judicial Department Committee on Character and Fitness; the Commercial Division Advisory Council for the Supreme Court of the State of New York; the New York State Tax Relief Commission; the New York State Tourism Advisory Council; and the Chairman’s Committee for the Regional Economic Development Councils. She has also contributed her expertise and leadership to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100 and the Executive Committee of the National Association of Manufacturing’s State Associations Group.
