Troy Chromatic Concerts Presents Pianist Lise De La Salle

Troy Chromatic Concert ends its 119th season on a high note with pianist extraordinaire Lise De La Salle at the historic Troy Savings Bank Music Hall on Wednesday, April 20, at 7:30 p.m. The pre-concert talk starts at 6:30 p.m. and ticket holders are encouraged to come early to participate in a conversation with the artist.

Lise de la Salle, born in 1988, started playing the piano at the age of four and gave her first concert, broadcast live by Radio France, when she was nine. At the age of 13 she made her Concerto debut with Beethoven`s Concerto No 2.

Through her concert appearances and award-winning recordings for the Naïve label, Lise de la Salle quickly established a reputation among critics and audiences as one of today’s most exciting young artists, and as a musician of uncommon sensibility and maturity. A native of France, she has played with many of the world’s premier orchestras in the United States and abroad. She is a sought-after recitalist, and performs to acclaim in major cities like New York, Boston, Washington, DC, San Francisco, London, Berlin and Paris.
