The company has opened a new office at 187 Wolf Road, Suite 300 in Albany operated by owner Shawn Pepe and his wife, Alicia Pepe.

Shawn and Alicia grew up in the Albany area and have numerous family members throughout the community. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science from Clarkson University and worked for a well-known specialty fluid control company, where he had the opportunity to meet with hundreds of small-business owners and some large corporations. Later, he opened a sandwich shop and still owns a real estate brokerage. Before joining Transworld Business Advisors, Shawn held leadership roles in large OEM suppliers for telecommunications and datacom service providers, where he learned about the challenges and rewards of owning and growing small businesses.
