The Town of Niskayuna is pleased to announce the appointment of Alaina M. Finan, Esq. as the newest Deputy Town Attorney. She joins the Town’s legal team under Robert Hess, Esq. and alongside Paul Briggs, Esq. A 2012 graduate of Albany Law School, Ms. Finan was admitted to practice law in New York State in January of 2013. Ms. Finan previously held the title of Assistant District Attorney, Bureau Chief, for Rensselaer County. Working in a full time role at the Town of Niskayuna, Ms. Finan will handle day to day legal matters in Planning, Zoning, Building, Public Safety, and many other aspects of the functions of the Town.
