Gender diversity in leadership is an important aspiration for women in many industries. While it sounds like an obvious initiative to embrace, often the steps along the journey to a leadership position are hard to navigate alone. One of the ways to have company on the journey is to seek out and utilize mentors who have been successful in getting to their positions in leadership. But….how to look for someone? What to do when you find them? How can you get or give maximum value in a mentoring relationship?
Join us for this virtual Women’s Institute event to start this conversation, for both mentors and mentees. Learn from experienced women from the perspective of setting up mentoring programs for women leaders as well as being a mentor in life science/medtech.
