The Times Union Names The Bonadio Group a Winner of the Albany Top Workplaces 2019 Award

The Bonadio Group has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Times Union. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

This is the fifth time that The Bonadio Group has been named to the Times Union’s list of Top Workplaces.

“This is an especially meaningful award because it reflects our commitment to the Bonadio Purpose, which is to provide opportunity, strengthen community, and inspire growth for our clients and employees,” said Bruce Zicari, Rochester office managing partner, The Bonadio Group. “We’re thrilled that our employees provided such positive feedback about their experiences working for the Bonadio Group and we’re honored to once again be included on the Top Workplaces list.”

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

Organizations with 35 or more employees in the greater Capital Region are eligible to be a Times Union Top Workplace. This includes public, private, nonprofit and government workplaces located in Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington counties. The 2019 winners were announced today in a Times Union special report and a cocktail party at the Albany Capital Center will also celebrate honorees.
