The Schenectady JCC and the Autism Society of the Greater Capital Region Make Their Partnership Official

On Monday, April 2nd, the Chamber with its Ambassadors helped make a great partnership official. The Schenectady JCC and the Autism Society of the Greater Capital Region have joined together to provide a new program at the JCC for people with disabilities. The new program is a comprehensive swimming instruction focused manly on people with Autism and their families. The program is called Sensible Swim and is starting in the early spring. The Autism Society hopes this new program, along with their other Sensible programs, will add a layer of available options for people with disabilities in the Capital Region. The Chamber was honored to be invited and can’t wait to see the future successes of the program.
