The Merriam Agency Announces New Employees

HeidiHeidi Stears

  • Joined the Merriam Agency in September of 2014. This past June, she became Assistant Customer Service Representative in the Health Benefits Department.
  • She graduated from Syracuse University in May of 2014 with a B.A. in English and Textual Studies.
  • She got married this past February.


KristenKristen Bromley

  • Joined the Merriam Agency about 5 months ago as the Marketing Director. She has been in Marketing for 5 years; she first started as an assistant for the MWR with the U.S. Army in Grafenwoehr, Germany.

 

KatelynKatelyn Cospito

  • Joined the Merriam Agency in July as the Marketing Assistant. She graduated from Grove City College in August of 2014 with a B.A. in English, and has since been doing freelance writing, social media marketing, and graphic/web design work.

DebbieDebbie Rahn

  • Joined the Merriam Agency earlier in the summer as the agency’s Receptionist. She has worked in an office setting for 25 years in various positions and before that, was an elementary school teacher.

 

KimKimberly Birkmayer

  • Joined the Merriam Agency in July as Assistant Customer Service Representative. She is new to the insurance industry, but has been in customer service roles for almost 10 years.

 

DeeDemaris Carter

  • “Dee” joined the Merriam Agency in March as Health Benefits Specialist. She is passionate about finding real solutions for the Health Insurance renewals.
