The Capital Region Chamber led a ribbon cutting for the new clubhouse at The Ellsworth. Cutting the ribbon was Michael Fairest, Vice President at Aker Companies, which owns the property, with Ellsworth Property Manager Denise Reishus just to his left and Leasing Assistant Jaime Heath behind them. Prime Corporate Apartments Asset Manager Michael Steurer and Regional Manager Tim Wells stood in the background along with Steven Dodds from Phinney Design Group, which designed the building modifications. Rayan Aguam represented Senator Jim Tedisco, and Town Supervisor Cynthia Young was also present along with staff and volunteer Ambassadors from the Chamber.
