October 30, 2018The Bonadio Group Welcomes Two Managers to the Albany office
The Bonadio Group has hired Rebecca A. Franklin, CPA, to re-join the firm as an audit manager in the 
health care/tax exempt division and Kayla Waters, CPA, to join the firm’s tax planning and compliance team. Rebecca Franklin’s work will focus on audits, tax returns and various special projects for a variety of health care and tax exempt entities throughout New York State. Franklin was previously with The Bonadio Group from 2011-2017. Franklin is a graduate of Siena College, where she received her BBA degree in Accounting and Master of Science degree in Accounting. She also is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and her professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She resides in Albany, N.Y.
Kayla Waters’ work has focused primarily in the real estate industry with advanced knowledge of both foreign and domestic tax issues. Waters brings more 
than 13 years of tax technical and business experience to The Bonadio Group, having spent 5 years in public accounting and 8 years in the private sector. Prior to joining The Bonadio Group, Kayla was the Vice President of Tax for Westbrook Partners, a global private equity real estate investment group based in New York City. Waters is a graduate of the University of Albany, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and her Master of Science degree in Taxation. She also is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. She resides in Delmar, N.Y.
