The Baker Agency Promotes Matt Potolski to Senior Account Manager

The Baker Agency is proud to announce the promotion of Matt Potolski to Senior Account Manager. Since joining the agency in 2023, Matt has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, both for our clients and our team.

In his new role, Matt transitions from executing high-impact campaigns and daily client communications as a Senior Account Executive to taking on broader strategic, financial and leadership responsibilities. He will also play a key role in client retention, relationship health and contract renewals.

Additionally, Matt will oversee people and resource management, assigning team members to projects, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met and supporting the team’s well-being. He will also collaborate with agency leadership on new business development and participate in prospect meetings.
