TBC Announces New Managing Partner

Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte, CPAs, P.C. (TBC), announces that Pasquale M. Scisci has been elected as their new Managing Partner, succeeding James W. Drislane, who served for six years. The succession took effect June 1, 2019.

“I am honored that the shareholders have entrusted me to serve as Managing Partner,” Scisci said. “I am excited to continue to build on our excellence in client service, and working with our clients to meet their financial needs.”

In this role, Mr. Scisci will be responsible for continuing to monitor all aspects of the Firm’s strategic plan, managing day-to-day operations, and share in the executive committee responsibilities.

Scisci joined the firm in 1986. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Saint Rose. He is on the Board of Directors for the Ellis Hospital Foundation and chairs the Audit Committee. He sits on the Accounting and Auditing Executive Committee for CPAmerica Inc., as a member of Crowe Global, is one of the largest associations of independently owned and managed CPA and consulting firms in the world based on annual revenue of member firms.

TBC was founded in 1971 and serves thousands of clients in the areas of accounting, auditing, tax and advisory services. The Firm offers specialty services such as trusts and estates, business advisory, valuation, litigation support services, fraud investigation, forensic accounting and pension services for a diversified clientele in markets including: commercial businesses, governmental, employee benefit plans, not-for-profit organizations. Commercial clientele includes construction contractors, distributors, manufacturers, professional service firms, automotive dealers, real estate developers, retailers, technology companies and wholesalers among other businesses.
