Tara Russo has joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company as a Liability Claims Representative. Prior to this, she worked as a multi-line claims adjuster, handling both personal and commercial lines losses in multiple states. In her new role, she will be responsible for handling liability claims in Massachusetts. Russo is a graduate of Wheaton College and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She also has a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Stonehill College. Russo resides in Mansfield, MA.
