February is the sweetest month at the Galway Rock Winery
OK you got me, February is a little bittersweet. Mostly to the point it’s actually bitter outside especially if you live in upstate New York like I do. But its also sweet because when we stop to celebrate the ones we love for no reason other than that we have set aside a single day on the calendar to do so, it sure makes us feel loved. And at the very least if you don’t get into all the mushy stuff Spring is right around the corner! To celebrate the month of love we are sweetening things up with yummy stuff all month long.

We’re kicking things off Valentines weekend with wine and decadent deserts. Choose from French Macrons or our flourless chocolate cake and pair it with your favorite wine, or sip your way through our our six flight wine tasting.
