May 29, 2020SUNY Schenectady and SUNY Adirondack Offering Google IT Support Professional Certificate
SUNY Schenectady and SUNY Adirondack are proud to offer the Google IT Support Professional Certificate. This online course provides learners with training to prepare for a job as a support or helpdesk professional and is appropriate for beginners with no experience in IT.
The program is offered via Coursera, an online platform; however, completing the course at SUNY means learners have access to a local, experienced instructor to guide and support your learning and completion of the program. In addition, SUNY students receive help with developing your resume, applying for jobs, and practicing for interviews. After successfully completing the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, students can share their information with local and national employers.
