Learn about key aspects of beer and the beer industry for individuals working in breweries, restaurants and other areas of the hospitality industry, as well as beer enthusiasts and homebrewers! Topics will include storing and serving beer, styles, flavor, evaluation, beer ingredients and brewing processes and pairing beer with food.
