Sunrise Realty Advisors announces Coleton Kirchner and Samantha Willey to their team.
Samantha Willey has been in the Real Estate field since 2014. She started as a leasing agent responsible for an apartment community consisting of 335 market rate apartments and successfully completed the pre-leasing of 101 units while under construction. Samantha joined the Sunrise Management and Consulting team in 2015 as an assistant property manager responsible for a 256 unit community. In less than a year, she became a property manager responsible for 192 units. She knew she wanted to pursue real estate as a career the moment she leased her first apartment. It was at that moment she realized she was doing something she loved. Samantha became a Licensed Realtor in 2017 with Sunrise Realty Advisors and looks forward to providing clients you with a relationship they can always count on and concise data to help ease the stress of buying or selling a home.
Coleton Kirchner joined Sunrise Realty Advisors in 2017. He is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Coleton was the Midwest region manager for an engineering firm, responsible for determining cost effective solutions to meet the technical needs of corporations. He discovered his ability to connect with clients and his team on an interpersonal level was integral to their combined success. That experience encouraged his transition into Real Estate which allows him to focus on helping clients achieve their goals. Coleton is a native of the Capital Region and has firsthand knowledge of the exciting growth in this area. He is looking forward to assisting clients with all their commercial and personal real estate needs.
