September 10, 2015Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital to Host Exhibition of Student Artwork
Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of St. Peter’s Health Partners – the region’s largest, most comprehensive health system – will host an exhibition and reception featuring student artwork from its Viewpoint Gallery, Wednesday, September 23, 5 – 7 p.m., at the hospital’s Viewpoint Gallery, located at 1270 Belmont Ave., Schenectady.
The exhibition will highlight works of art by students of the hospital’s Studio Arts Project, whose mission is to promote creativity, independence, dignity, and community integration.
The event is free of charge, and open to the public. Calendars featuring student artwork will be available for purchase. Proceeds will support the purchase of a C-Arm medical imaging device, which is less invasive, results in less radiation exposure, and offers greater comfort to patients.
