“We are pleased to announce that Frank has officially accepted the position of president and CEO,” said Edward Aidala, chair of Sunmark’s Board of Directors.  “Frank has shown tremendous leadership working as second to retired CEO Bruce Beaudette for  7 years, through the transition and then during this interim transition.  The Board was committed to performing their due diligence in making this decision on behalf of the Sunmark members.  We’re delighted to have Frank at the helm, ensuring this continuity of strong and secure leadership and vision for the future of Sunmark.”
