Summit Senior Living Ribbon Cutting

The Capital Region Chamber was proud to lead the ribbon cutting ceremony for Summit Senior Living and their 5th property, The Summit at Halfmoon! This 110-unit complex brings contemporary comforts within reach, with amazing amenities, 50 garages and 150,000 square feet of space on this 13 acre parcel conveniently located off Sitterly Rd. Sitterly Rd is a main connector between Clifton Park and Halfmoon, and it puts the shopping and town centers of both communities within easy reach. The property is 80 percent leased before it even opens, a testament to the professionalism of Summit Senior Living, BBL Construction Services, Lansing Engineering PC and the hard work that went into making this great property a reality, financed by NBT Bank.

55+ living communities are very popular and fill up fast, so check out Summit today! We are grateful for the support of Senator Jim Tedisco, Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh, Halfmoon town Supervisor Kevin Tollisen, and town clerk Lynda Guyer Bryan. Other dignitaries included Frank Nigro, President, Summit Senior Living, Steve Obermayer, Chief Financial Officer, BBL, Geoffrey Rightmyer, VP, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, NBT Bank. Jen Nelligan, Director of Community Operations for Summit Senior Living cut the ribbon on behalf of her colleagues, joined by the aforementioned leaders, volunteers from the Chamber and some of the new residents who will be moving into the complex shortly.

All 2023 ribbon cuttings of the Capital Region Chamber and its affiliates are sponsored by the Saratoga National Bank & Trust Company.
