May 22, 2018Steve Pellman Joins CHA Tech Services as Chief Operating Officer
CHA Tech Services, a construction management firm and subsidiary of CHA Consulting, Inc., announces Steve Pellman has joined the firm as senior vice president & chief operating officer. Steve will be based in Rochester, NY, and assume responsibility for overseeing and enhancing the firm’s daily operations and construction management services.
Steve is a leader and manager with more than 30 years of domestic and international experience in the construction industry, holding positions of progressively increasing responsibility, technical breadth, and number of personnel. He previously served as director of operations and project manager leader for Honeywell Corporation.

Steve will support the operations of CHA Tech Services utilizing his strong background in management, which includes operations management, project and engineering management, plant installation, commissioning/startup leadership, and manufacturing leadership. He received his bachelor’s degree in materials engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
