January 3, 2018Status and Power: Becoming a Workplace Jedi
Kat Koppett of Koppett, and associated in collaboration with the Hudson-Mohawk Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) will be presenting and hosting the workshop Status and Power: Becoming a Workplace Jedi at their HQ, The Mopco Improv Theatre. Koppett will lead facilitators, trainers, and leaders towards a more conscious awareness of how the dynamics of status and power come into play in the workplace. Using techniques of non-verbal communication and behavioral awareness, attendees will learn how to harness their new awareness for good, to inspire trust, increase healthy conflict, and create environments of respect and engagement.
