In response to the recent transformation of its civic engagement model from volunteer recruitment and placement to high-impact community engagement, Stakeholders, Inc. today announced the launch of a new website designed to facilitate this change. The site can be viewed at www.thestakeholders.org.
Created by Spiral Design Studio of Cohoes, NY, the new site enhances the organization’s member experience and keeps the community informed of events, educational programs, and the progress of Stakeholders’ new Civic Engagement Council Task Forces.
The Civic Engagement Council will kick off officially this fall in conjunction with its first Task Force for Veterans/Military Families issues. Task Forces consisting of nonprofits, businesses, higher education, government, and individuals with a vested interest in several regional issue areas are currently being formed.

Hedgeman, Esq., Stakeholders CEO, “The entire website is more user-friendly, making it easier than ever to learn about events, connect with Stakeholders on social media, and to browse through important Task Force initiatives.” She added, “We hope the website will support our call to action and increase community membership in our organization.”
