February 2, 2017Shawn Burke Named AVP, Business Development Officer at Ballston Spa National Bank
Shawn Burke has been named assistant vice president and business development officer at Ballston Spa National Bank according to Chris Dowd, president and CEO. Working from the bank’s Latham Office, Mr. Burke will be responsible for developing relationships with business prospects and customers in order to generate, retain and expand lending and deposit services.
Mr. Burke comes to BSNB with more than 30 years of previous experience in the banking industry including branch management and customer relationship development. Most recently he was a branch manager at First Niagara Bank in Albany.
Active in the community, Mr. Burke is a board member for the Irish American Heritage Museum. He also coaches basketball for a Watervliet Catholic Youth Organization team.
