June 17, 2021Selner Awarded 1st Place in Worldwide Design Contest
Kristen Selner, an Interior Designer at Tech Valley Office Interiors, was awarded 1st Place for her Flexible Office Space design in the 2020 Inspiration Global Contest. Selner, who is entering her fourth year as part of the TVOI design team, was one of 450 entries over nine categories that were reviewed by a 2020 panel to determine the final winner in each category.
Interior designers worldwide submitted their most inspiring designs creating and using 2020 applications. 2020 is a complete office design software that the TVOI design team utilizes for projects, space planning and workplace design. A majority of the manufacturer catalogs are built-in to the software, thus allowing Selner to create functional office spaces with precise measurements and pricing for corporate clients.
Office designs inspire creativity, motivate talent and encourage productivity. Entries in the Flexible Office Space category needed to be unique, and provide a space that has multiple uses. Audrey Lenoir, a member of the 2020 panel charged with reviewing the entries, referred to Selner’s submission as “Simply a gorgeous 2020 Visual Impression rendering! Each area is well defined and promotes productivity.”
