Vanguard-ASO, Inc., volunteer supporters of the Albany Symphony Orchestra, is seeking used musical instruments in good condition for donation to Capital District school districts that lack sufficient instruments. There are hundreds of needy, music-loving children who yearn to study music and play in their schools’ orchestras or bands, but whose families cannot afford the expensive rental or purchase fees.
