2nd Annual Logan Cup to help Raise Awareness For Childhood Cancer

On May 16, 2019, The Logan Strong Foundation will be hosting their 2nd Annual Logan Cup at Eagle Crest Golf Course in Clifton Park, NY.

The Logan Strong Foundation was established in January 2018 to help families across the Capital Region who are battling different forms of pediatric cancer.  The Foundation’s purpose is to help raise awareness for childhood cancer and to provide items of comfort and support for children and families while they are fighting cancer both in and out of the hospital.

As the foundation celebrates the completion of its first year, board members reflect on how they have impacted local families facing this difficult time.

“Over the past 16 months, we have helped more than a dozen families and have many more who have recently been referred to us. From t-shirt campaigns and fundraising bracelets, along with partnering and supporting other organizations who also support the Pediatric Cancer Community here in the Capital Region. We have had an exciting and busy first year, but it’s just the start,” stated Sari Medick, Vice President and Family Coordinator for the Logan Strong Foundation. “We are excited about what the future holds for the Foundation and are excited to be announcing one major project and one major awareness event coming up this summer at the 2nd Annual Logan Cup. Please join us, enjoy the golf day, and be a part of our future impact.”
