November 15, 2016 – How to Develop Your Business Model
Learn how to use the Business Model to accurately define your business before you try to write your Business Plan. The Business Model Canvas provides a one page breakdown of the key factors needed to make your business successful.Presenter: Larry Krause, SCORE Counselor, will show you how to use the Business Model Canvas to clearly and concisely define your existing business or new startup.
November 22,2016 -How to Simplify Your Financial Plan
Every Business Plan needs a good Financial Plan. Learn the five important steps needed to organize your financial information and develop the Financial Plannecessary for your new business; from start-up costs, to sales projections, to profitability, and funding needed. Presenter: Tom Evans, SCORE Counselor, will show you how to put together thefive basic stepsof your Financial Plan.
