SCORE of Northeast New York is excited to present their FREE Business Model Workshop on Thursday, September 22 from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at Berkshire Bank’s Community Room at 151 Vly Rad in Colonie.
Are you looking for a way to clearly and concisely define your existing business or new start up? Have you struggled with developing a business plan that accurately defines what your business is and how it will succeed and thrive? There is a better way, by developing your Business Model using the Business Model Canvas to provide the basis for analyzing established businesses who want to grow and startups looking to clearly define where to begin. The Business Model Canvas uses a single sheet of paper to capture all the key factors that are needed to make a business successful. The model is used to evaluate strategies, get customer’s validation and communicate the business concept to investors and employees. Finally, it provides the basis for developing the Business Plan.
