Schenectady Civic Players Present “Engaged to be Murdered” Dinner Theater

Engaged to be Murdered, another of Schenectady Civic Players’ popular audience participation, murder mystery, dinner theater events, plays  Friday, April 12, starting at 6 pm at the Waters Edge Lighthouse Terrace ,Room, 2 Freeman’s Bridge Road, Glenville, NY.  This is another brand new one written by Amy Sarah LaMena.  Proceeds benefit Civic Players current Centennial/Elevator Fund Project.

Doors open with a cash bar at 6 pm. where you’ll mingle as a guest at an engagement party.  Sophie & Tom’s engagement should be a time to celebrate!  But will the mysterious reappearance of Tom’s “dead” parents, and the acrimonious divorce of Sophie’s mother and father, turn the evening into something more sinister?

At 7 pm you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner while the engaged couple and  family and friends maintain a low profile.

The “celebration” itself starts after dinner at around 8 pm.  The murder?  That’s right—the murder!  Someone may be murdered at the end of the celebration, and it’s up to you to help solve the crime!
