The Makeup Curio, a boutique makeup studio in downtown Schenectady, announces a special effects makeup competition for Saturday October 13, 2018. The all day event marks their one year anniversary at 510 State Street. Halloween lovers, makeup enthusiasts, theater lovers, and more are encouraged to grab their brushes and show off their skills.
