Saratoga National Bank Opens Two New Offices in Latham

Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company is on the move again, expanding its footprint with the opening of a 12th retail branch location at 545 Troy Schenectady Road and a Capital Region Business Development Office at 11 Century Hill Drive in Latham.

The 2,280-square-foot retail branch is centrally located between Albany, Schenectady and Troy off Exit 6 of I-87 (Northway). It offers full banking services, including ATM, drive-up and lobby. In light of COVID-19, the Bank has precautions in place for lobby traffic and has modified its normal opening plans, including donating the cost of its typical opening events to the Colonie Youth Center, Red Knights New York Chapter 12 and the American Cancer Society.

Vice President and Branch Manager Patty Netoskie and staff are excited to offer personal and business new account specials and a raffle drawing to celebrate the opening. Visit saratoganational.com/latham for more details.

The new Capital Region Business Development Office, which also opened this month, is a hub for relationship managers, commercial lenders, mortgage loan originators and other bank partners. No branch or ATM services are available at this location.

Saratoga National Bank President and CEO David S. DeMarco said the investment in Latham strategically builds the bank’s Capital Region presence and has been in the planning stages for well over a year.

“We look forward to building long-lasting and strong relationships with businesses and residents here,” he said. “While COVID-19 delayed construction of these two offices, we were committed to following through with our plans and doing so safely. The pandemic has undoubtedly reinforced our community banking mission to serve customers, build relationships, connect and reach out, and we’re excited to do so for the Latham community.”
