Saratoga Auto Supply Ballston Spa Ribbon Cutting

The Capital Region Chamber was excited to join Saratoga Auto Supply (352 Rowland Street, Ballston Spa) as they opened its new, one-of-a-kind warehouse, display center and auto parts store with great fanfare, especially for NASCAR fans as renowned driver Chase Elliott made an appearance for hundreds of excited fans!

Owners Jeffery and Veronica Shorr cut the ribbon along with their staff and dignitaries including Milton Town Supervisor Scott Ostrander, Deputy Supervisor Barbara Kerr, Councilman John Frolish, Director of Economic Planning John Olenik, Rayan Aguam representing Senator Jim Tedisco and Stacie Agostino representing Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh. The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce led the proceedings, officiated by President Todd Shimkus and assisted by Andrea Cole and Rich Snyder. Also present were Pete Bardiuas from the Capital Region Chamber, Joanne Kirkpatrick and Victoria Niles from the Saratoga Economic Development Corp. David S. DeMarco, Jenifer Marten and the team from the Saratoga National Bank & Trust Company, which financed the building, were on hand as was John Munter and associates from Munter Enterprises, Inc. who constructed it, and Paone Architecture that designed the facility.

This store is testing out design concepts NAPA hopes to launch in select markets across the U.S. The Milton location features an 8,000 sq/ft showroom, a pair of interactive two-car garages displays, a Milwaukee Tool Zone, The Chemical Guys Vehicle Detailing Center, and it offers free EV Charging Stations on-site. They also provide in-house Valspar Automotive Paint Mixing, and it houses a dedicated NAPA Direct Call Center to support its 600+ wholesale customers in Saratoga County. NAPA has also collaborated with the Saratoga Auto Museum and other car enthusiasts to proudly launch NAPA’s “Best Show on the Road” to display a rotating cast of classic and antique cars from local collectors on their showroom floor.
