Sano-Rubin Promotes Two Long Term Employees to Vice President

Sano-Rubin is pleased to announce the promotion of John Moore to Vice President of Operations and Eric Coburn, Sr. to Vice President of Field Operations/Safety Director. Both Eric and John have been with the firm for 28 years.

John Moore
As Vice President of Operations, John oversees the Project Management Team and internal operations. He is responsible for executing successful project outcomes for our clients by ensuring resources and procedures promote collaboration.

John joined Sano-Rubin as a Project Manager, going on to become a Senior Project Manager then Project Executive. His healthcare expertise has contributed to dozens of successful projects in area hospitals, medical office buildings, health centers and nursing homes – including 13 years managing projects at Ellis Medicine and St. Peter’s Hospital. John is CM-Lean and ASHE certified (American Society of Healthcare Engineering). His skillset lends valuable insight to all our
construction projects.

Eric Coburn

Eric Coburn, Sr.
In his new role as Vice President of Field Operations / Safety Director, Eric oversees all field operations and is responsible for the coordination and effective use of labor and company resources across all construction projects. He works daily to ensure coordination of all construction activities to ensure proper, efficient and safe work procedures.

Eric began his career with Sano-Rubin as an Apprentice Carpenter rising to becoming Superintendent and then General Superintendent. He has served as volunteer Chief & President of his local fire department for 12 years which shaped his interest in safety. In 2014, Eric was an integral part of restructuring our safety program to proactively minimize risks and maximize productivity. This led Sano-Rubin to 825,000+ work hours free from loss time injury and 3 national safety awards. Eric is OSHA 500 and CM-Lean certified.
