Kids on Stage Kids with character love this chance to explore everything it takes to put on a show: acting, singing, and dance, as well as what happens behind the scenes with costumes, sets and lights. They get to share their own special performing talent in an original show. “Characters welcome!”
July 6 – 17 Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm Ages 5 – 7 | $450 Extended care from 8-9 am and/or 4-5 pm is available for an additional cost Tuition includes program T-shirt and afternoon juice break: daily lunch can be offered for additional cost. |
Summer On StageThis is an exciting three-week program in the performing arts for aspiring thespians. Daily classes in acting, singing, dance, and a variety of theater workshops. Emerging actors present a performance piece, co-created with a teaching artist, to debut on the final afternoon of the program.
July 6 – 24 Monday-Friday, 9 am – 4 pm Ages 8 – 16 | $675 Extended care from 8-9 am and/or 4-5 pm is available for an additional cost. Tuition includes program T-shirt and afternoon juice break: daily lunch can be offered for additional cost. |
Theater Institute at Sage Classes and Camps Classes and camps are taught by theater professionals as well as Russell Sage College Theater majors under the supervision of Heather Hamelin. Heather served as resident production stage manager as well as a teacher/technician with the New York State Theatre Institute for almost 20 years. |
